Since being named CEO of Fleet Advantage at the start of 2023 after serving as the company's President and CFO for the past 12 years, Brian Holland has been a catalyst in initiating strategies and executing tactical plans that create new business opportunities and deliver sales growth. Under Holland's leadership, the company achieved a significant milestone, surpassing $1 billion in lease originations for the 2023 fiscal year, solidifying its position as the largest independent lessor for heavy-duty Class-8 trucks. Brian is a market-focused business and financial leader with 20+ years of experience driving revenue, profit, process, and performance improvements in start-up and accelerated-growth environments. Holland's forward-thinking business model positions Fleet Advantage at the forefront of the evolving transportation landscape, characterized by advancements in technology, safety features, and alternative fuels. The innovative accomplishments of Holland and his leadership team continue to be recognized for tremendous growth with numerous awards, including Top Private Independent and Most Innovative Firm by the Monitor.

John Flynn

Retired - CEO

John Flynn's experience in the Class 8 truck industry spans over 30 years. John is renowned for his business and financial acumen in structuring complex lease transactions and using information-driven asset management solutions to lower the total cost of ownership and to increase fleet productivity. The bulk of his experience involves the acquisition, use, financing and disposal of Class 8, over-the-road tractor/trailer equipment. In each endeavor John recruited, hired, trained and developed energetic, service-oriented professionals responsible for purchasing, documenting and administering more than $6 billion in truck assets. He and his team have laid the groundwork for a "next-generation" technology-driven product dedicated to delivering technologically advanced equipment, improved driver safety and a lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) to large corporate truck fleets. John has retired on December 31, 2022.
