Under Holland’s leadership, the company achieved a significant milestone, surpassing $1 billion in lease originations for the 2023 fiscal year, solidifying its position as the largest independent lessor for heavy-duty Class-8 trucks. Brian is a market-focused business and financial leader with 20+ years of experience driving revenue, profit, process, and performance improvements in start-up and accelerated-growth environments. Holland’s forward-thinking business model positions Fleet Advantage at the forefront of the evolving transportation landscape, characterized by advancements in technology, safety features, and alternative fuels. The innovative accomplishments of Holland and his leadership team continue to be recognized for tremendous growth with numerous awards, including Top Private Independent and Most Innovative Firm by the Monitor.
Brian possesses over 20 years of experience with private fleets and has a keen understanding of fleet operations, asset management, and equipment procurement. Brian has created an impressive reputation in the private fleet world working previously at companies like Bulkmatic and PepsiCo (managing over 20,000 assets and over 150 locations) and prides himself on strong industry relationships built on years of integrity, consistency and trust. Brian is an active member of the Technology and Maintenance Council (TMC) and a former board member of the National Private Truck Council (NPTC).
Don brings more than 30 years of industry experience working with North America’s top corporate fleets in business development and management of national accounts. At Fleet Advantage he guides go-to-market initiatives and delivers Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), lifecycle asset management and financing strategies for Class-8 tractors and trailers. Since joining Fleet Advantage in 2019, he has been named Top Salesman every year and achieving record-breaking milestones, including helping one major client realize lifecycle savings equal to 25% of monthly lease obligations. Davis has spent his career translating complex cost and lifecycle data into actionable strategies that help organizations reduce costs, improve safety, modernize operations, and achieve sustainability goals. He has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including being a 2025 Transportation Marketing & Sales Association (TMSA) Rainmaker, 2025 Monitor Most Influential People in Equipment Finance (Client Champions), a Food Logistics 2022 Rock Star of the Supply Chain, and a 2022 Pro to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive. Prior to Fleet Advantage, Don spent time at Paccar, Penske, and served in several executive sales roles with other truck fleet organizations throughout the country.
Matt de Aguiar brings 14 years of finance and operations expertise to Fleet Advantage. Matt is focused on increasing collaboration, overseeing internal and external processes, and implementing go-to-market strategies. Prior to Fleet Advantage, he worked at PwC in New York City and Sun Capital Partners. De Aguiar has been with Fleet Advantage for nearly six years and made an immediate mark on the company in helping to foster even greater collaboration between teams and completing projects. Matt earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from UCF and has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Katerina Jones brings over 17 years of client-centric, data-driven and outcome-focused integrated marketing experience across broad industries and services to Fleet Advantage and independently leads the marketing division. Jones has a proven track record of strategic campaigns delivering above business benchmarks reflected in Fleet Advantage’s bottom-line lease originations. Jones drives awareness in the transportation and equipment finance industry through cultivating strategic campaigns and thought leadership. She also plays a direct role in onboarding new clients and client relations. Jones was named Top Women to Watch in Transportation by Women In Trucking Association and Top Female Professional by the Supply Chain & Demand Chain Executive for her significant career accomplishments.
Wharton brings 25 years of experience to Fleet Advantage and his background includes extensive experience in financial and corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, as well as ERP implementations. Wharton manages all accounting and finance functions for the company as well as human resources. Prior to Fleet Advantage, Wharton was the Director of Finance for Steiner Leisure Limited in Fort Lauderdale. Wharton was instrumental in managing all accounting functions, as well as financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, contract negotiations, auditing processes, and financial elements during acquisitions. Wharton also held accounting and financial positions with companies such as Arthur Anderson, Lennar Corporation and Chancellor Beacon.
John Flynn's experience in the Class 8 truck industry spans over 30 years. John is renowned for his business and financial acumen in structuring complex lease transactions and using information-driven asset management solutions to lower the total cost of ownership and to increase fleet productivity. The bulk of his experience involves the acquisition, use, financing and disposal of Class 8, over-the-road tractor/trailer equipment. In each endeavor John recruited, hired, trained and developed energetic, service-oriented professionals responsible for purchasing, documenting and administering more than $6 billion in truck assets. He and his team have laid the groundwork for a "next-generation" technology-driven product dedicated to delivering technologically advanced equipment, improved driver safety and a lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) to large corporate truck fleets. John has retired on December 31, 2022.
